[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to add the product to my waterline since I was sent the color "215 white" so I thought it would be good for making my eyes looks brighter and more awake. While trying to apply the product it did break off a bit and applied very patchy. I couldn't apply it to my whole waterline because it kept coming off and wouldn't apply evenly. I also love how buildable it is-whether I want a thin, precise line or a thicker, smudged-out look, this pencil can do it all.
