I haven't use the product yet, hence not rating the product.. My "On Card" coupons on my App were not options to use at checkout. This has happened in the past, which requires help checking out so the coupons can be applied manually at the register. This happens all the time. One to two coupons are loaded, but not all of them. Chocolate lip liner

Money lost
I've been using this lip liner er for years, just realized how much money I have lost, do u ladies have the same issue where it stops working, and makes a clicking sound when you are turn it to come up? SO GOOD!!

Don’t bother

It lasts a long time!
I like this lip liner because it lasts for hours on end. It goes on smoothly with great pigment and keeps on looking beautiful several hours later. I feel like it's a good value compared to other lip liners and it comes in a simple package that's easy to open. Cannot turn to bring unuse portion to the top
