Not for dry

Used to be GREAT, & then they changed the formula
The old formula worked like pure magic! It was better than Estee Lauder Double wear (which I have spent thousands on over the years). Then sadly they changed the formula. Gone are the all day mattifying benefits. I now get shiny after just an hour. It also separates towards the end of my work day. Truly frustrating. Revlon colorstay makeup for combination to oily skin is transfer resistance and mattifying comes in variety of shades range, finish and coverage is superb. I am obsessed with this foundation.. I used to get the IT foundation, but ended up deciding this works just as well.. if not better. It works as well as the expensive stuff. I've been using Revlon ColorStay for a while, and honestly, I love how long it lasts-my face stays matte all day without needing constant touch-ups. It's super buildable, so I can go from light to full coverage without it looking cakey.
