Bought this eyeliner specifically to use on the upper waterline of my eyes..i want a dramatic black liner - you have to go over and over again to get a grey liner to appear which irritates and inflames your eyelid. Very controllable liner
I am pretty picky (as most of us are) and was expecting to have to control a wider than I wanted line, but that wasn’t the case at all! Awful! Wasted my money

Love it!
I love this eye liner since it doesn’t dry out easily. So it makes it very easy to apply and it last all day.
