Tight lining made easy
When looking for an eyeliner you want one that creamy, but sharp so you can right line your water line & this is the pencil for that. The formula is creamy, very black and easy to apply. I have been trying the Revlon ColorStay Micro™ Hyper Precision Gel Eyeliner in black for a few days and it has become a staple in my routine. Here is my honest opinion on its key points: Applicator: Its 1.5 mm micro tip is ultra-thin. It allows fine lines to be drawn and a perfect "cat-eye" outlining without effort. Consistency: This is a very creamy gel formula. It slides over the eyelid gently and without pulling on the skin. feeling: It feels extremely light. Once dry, it doesn't feel heavy or wooden on the eyelid. It is very comfortable to wear. Pigment: The black color is extremely intense. With a single pass you get an opaque, dark and uniform definition. Performance: It is completely blur-proof. Disappointed
Bought this eyeliner specifically to use on the upper waterline of my eyes..i want a dramatic black liner - you have to go over and over again to get a grey liner to appear which irritates and inflames your eyelid.
