I only used this a couple of times. I've read it's supposed to be retractable, but it will not advance out any further - did I get a faulty one? Smoothest lip liner ever
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In LOVE with this lil liner. It is literally so smooth, pigmented and can probably also be used as an eyeliner. Lasts a long time
