Makeup shouldn't require a Google search to open
You sold a product people use for fun with packaging that requires them to go to YouTube to figure out how to open it. What on earth were you thinking? If you were looking for a way to ensure a poor customer experience, you found it. No makeup is supposed to be work--thanks for taking the fun out of it. Can't open

Disappointed

Soon became unusable
Product dried out in container soon after it was opened. I kept it closed properly. Revlon Reputation wins again
I'm a diehard Sephora customer in their VIP program but every now and then availability is an issue or having to wait for a shipment I tried and true brand that I always revert to for the last 45 years is Revlon my mother used Revlon, my grandmother, my aunt, among other products, but Revlon quality can't be beat. You can purchase it immediately by going to your nearest drugstore or supermarket, which is really convenient and lately I have been trying the cream pots which have been around since the 70s if not longer though the perfect size perfect amount of product I'm building my collection. I have three now and if anyone is taking this review to heart ladies, just remember, you need to warm the product by swiping your finger over the solid multiple times and maybe transfer some of it to an opposite finger and then use your fingertips to blend in your eyeshadow and it takes me about two minutes to get it the way I like it Some mascara and I'm ready to go3 users found this review helpful.
