Brand new and Dried out

Not really waterproof

I love this mask because it gives me volume, but above all what I noticed is that it lengthens my hair, separates the color, it's incredible, it lasts a long time, super easy to use. Dry garbage, straight in he trash
I got this while in a rush realizing I'd forgotten mascara on a trip. I opened it and tested it on my hand because it looked a little off. Nothing but a few little flakes and a weak smear. I even tried putting it back in the tube to try and scrape anything off the sides but it didn't help. Just threw it away. I don't know why specifically CVS makeup has gone so downhill, probably in response to theft, but I could find a better quality in Dollar Tree or Essie mascaras. Foundation, eye shadow, mascara etc. the last 4 mascaras I purchased are dry when I open them, not the Revlon I am use to.
