    Kept my under eyes hydrated

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At 40 I definitely like to use some type of eye cream at night and in the morning. I really liked the metal applicator. It felt like it was massaging my under eyes. It really helped make them look less puffy and more smooth under my eye makeup.
