I don't use this shaker for protein shakes. I use this shaker cup to mix up singles to go type drink mixes. Normally I put in some crush ice and a couple of the single drink packets and I put in just enough water to cover it and I shake it up. I add more ice and water. Some people might prefer just one drink packet. I don't use the shaker ball usually. This cup is plastic and it does sweat with ice. I really like the smaller size of the bottle! It can be frustrating to carry a bunch of big bottles around. I love the color, rather than the normal clear cup and solid top. I love this water bottle!

I love how it clips onto backpacks and other bags, and it really doesn't leak. Small and compact

It is nice and tightly sealed that I do not have to worry that it will leak in my bag. Great Water Bottle!
