Carefully read the enclosed instructions before use. The lock comes with a preset code, each code is printed on a sticker on the cap. Remove the sticker and keep in a safe place when in use. To open, align the code on the code indication line. Lift the cap upwards, then open the clam shell housing. To lock, insert the medication vial in the clamshell, close the clamshell, slide the lock down, and scramble the combination.

This device should not be used with medications that you may need in an emergency. WARNING: Do not use if you experience memory loss.
