I have used sally hanson face bleach for years. It is changed to a pink cream. It does not work very well at all. Very disappointed. New Formula is AWFUL
I’ve been using this bleach for years and now i have to look for a new product because the formula has been changed and it’s terrible. it burned so bad and gave me a rash yet this formula seems weaker as my hairs turned orange rather than the blonde the old formula did. i dont know how it managed to get diluted yet burns more. i’m so disappointed, why fix something that isn’t broken?? the only plus is it smells better which isn’t worth it. i’ll no longer be using this product. please go back to the old one!Reply from Abby1 week agoWe are so sorry to hear this was your experience with our Creme Hair Bleach for Face. I like this alooot
I absolutely fell in love with the bleached eyebrow version of myself, and as you can see in this photo, there's another box of it that I might just use again. I absolutely love this facial bleach, cream, or whatever simply because it's specifically made for the faith so if you're going for that platinum bro look, you don't have to feel scared that you put bleach on your brows, even though wemay have done it before don't be alarmed Sally Hansen has a better option. Of course I definitely had great results with this bleach. Unhappy with new "recipe"
I have used your creme bleach for 10+ years and obviously, I have been very pleased with the product. Until now. The "recipe" has been altered to contain a pink creme and deleted the powder product. My dark hairs used to lighten after 10 minutes using the previous recipe. Now, even after 15 minutes, the hair is not lightened. I have to do 2 separate sessions a few hours apart to achieve the desired blond color.. unfortunately, I need to switch products. New formula is horrible!
New formula is horrible! Since they went to the new packaging the product is inferior. I was a loyal user for years, no longer will I be a consumer. What accounts for the change in the bleach cream?
I have always been pleased with your bleach/cream product. The last 2 times I have bought this, however, there has been a change in the consistency of the bleach cream for face and body. The cream is almost like a liquid and when squeezed from the tube, instead of pushing out as a cream, it is wet like liquid. When I apply it to my face, it doesn't stay in place because of the dripping.
