Just bought the new formula as my old expired. This is absolutely awful. I can get passed the bad smell, but as soon as this touched my face, it immediately began to burn like crazy. I couldn't even leave it on for the entire five minutes, I was terrified my skin was peeling off. Sure enough, there giant red burn marks on my face now and the hair is barely lightened. I've used Sally Hansen faithfully for the last 20+ years and never, ever had a reaction like this. Horrible change of formula
This is like the third time they've changed the formula in the last 10 years and it sucks. It burns so bad as soon as I put it on and it doesnt even bleach anything. The new change in ingredients isn't that good

Not any good

New formula doesn’t work
Like all the other reviews say, this new formula is nothing like the original one and simply DOES NOT WORK. It leaves a lot of black hairs behind, irritated the skin more, and doesn’t last nearly as long. Terrible
I was a loyal user of the old formula, but this new one barely lightens my hair. I have thick, dark hair both on my face and body. The old formula took care of it no problem, the new one barely lightens at all. Effective and easy
This is an item that is used got generations in my home. I grew up watching my mom use it and now use it myself and couldn’t imagine getting rid of dark colored facial hair any other way.
