i bought the oil and cream today. opened it up to find half of it is empty??? and i cant seem to get much “cream” without grainy texture, some grains bigger than sand. i’ve never used this product before and will never use it again, should have read the bad reviews first.Reply from Maddy1 month agoHello! No more dry cuticles
I’m so happy I decided to buy this cuticle massage cream because it works really well. It’s a thick cream that easily absorbs when you massage it into your cuticles. My cuticles can get very dry and peel but this product prevents it from occurring. As you can see from the pictures I’m getting low because I use it often. This is the second or third time I’ve repurchased this product because it makes my cuticles soft and moisturized. Also, it smells really good. WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?
I've used and loved the product for 25 years. Did you change the formula? Did you fire your quality control department? The picture on this page shows the product that I know and love. Less Cream in Pods
I have been buying this product for years and have been very happy with how it works for me. However, recently I noticed that the cream in the pods has been reduced by 1/4 to 1/3, yet I am paying the same price I have always paid. I thought this was a malfunction in their machinery but realized that this is your version of "shrink-flation." Probably one of my favorite cuticle creams ✨ I have been using this product for over a year and I really love it. It applies so effortlessly and you only need a tiny amount! Bad batch
I have used this product for years and love it! It is creamy and helps my dry cuticles. However this batch was gritty and the container was only 1/3 full. So disappointed this time. But will try again.1 users found this review helpful.
