Good thing is that this is the stickiest thing I have used. Bad thing is that it sticks to anything and everything. from our kitchen floor to my skin. Actually, I think I am going to use this for any use I have for super glue. Certainly not going to using it on my skin.

I was a little skeptical about buying this product but the Brazilian style got my attention since I'm Brazilian and I use to have waxing done since I was 15-year-old (now I'm 45). A professional friend that does my waxing was on vacation, and although I never tried to wax myself before I decided to give it a shot. I didn't find the instructions inside the box, so it was a little annoying because I needed to look for it in the internet. That's why I gave it 4 stars since instructions are basic information and this definitely should be inside the box in order for the customer to know how to apply this product properly. Turned out that this product was great besides the first bad impression. I just heated it for 30 seconds in my microwave and applied it on the hair growing direction before use the strips to remove the hair on the opposite growing direction (exactly how my friend does on me). Yes, it was a little messy since I don't have the professional ability to deal with it, and my fingers were very sticky, but nothing that washing hands with soap and using the oil that comes inside the box (and a little of corn starch powder - this is a good tip!) couldn't easily resolve this problem. I waxed half of my legs and I still have another half container to use, so it was great since I want to wax my armpits as well. Now, my legs are smooth and soft after put the oil. They have some little red spots, but this is normal after every waxing because I have sensitive and very light skin color(that's why I never wax my legs in the same day I need to expose them). I am a very picky customer when I am trying a new product, but based on my experience I really recommend this wax if you want to have the job done.

I used it to wax my hands and legs. It was very efficient in removing the hair. I dint had to re-wax the same area again. Also it left the skin feeling smooth. It is convenient to use as you can use microwave to heat it (don't have to buy a wax heater separately). Only downside is it's too sticky and it becomes bit messy.

It's my first time trying hair wax removal by myself and I choose sally Hansen. It's a complete kit, looks easy to use and the instructions are easy to understand.

The wax stuck to everything besides my hair. I did not work at all. I've never been more dissatisfied with a beauty product before

To remove the wax on your lips, we suggest using any type of oil such as azulene oil from our kits, baby oil, olive oil, or even vegetable oil. Meanwhile, to remove wax from your countertop, we suggest applying a few ice cubes on top of the wax. Once the wax hardens, it can be removed by being lifted off. We hope this helps! Mine didn't even come with strips... so here I sit with no way to get the wax off because it doesn't get hard to pull by hand. Ugh... so frustrating!!!!

So disappointed!! I have used Sally Hansen products before- it was a small metal container I heated on the stove sitting in a pan of water. Did not use strips and I loved it!! I bought this product last month, a plastic container I can microwave, I thought great- even easier. Boy was I wrong!! It was so runny while trying to apply it on my chin- I dripped all over my shirt and ruined it. It wasn't overly hot at all- just runny. I applied it and used the strips included- waited a few mins and when I tried to pull the strip it left a lot of wax on my skin and removed 0 hair. The remaining hair was then coated in wax- I tried reattaching the strip and waiting longer and this continued to happen. I wondered if I had somehow done something wrong and reread the instructions and tried again a few days later. Exact same result. I tried to wait to apply it once it thickened up again but the stickiness remained on my skin and 0 hair was removed. So unhappy with the destroyed clothes and lack of removal.
