High shine and dries instantly

Dries fast but needs a topcoat
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very impressed with how fast this dries. The color is beautiful, sparkly and red. It requires 2 coats for full coverage; one coat is a little too sheer for me. I think it will be a simple, elegant polish for the holiday season. It does need a clear topcoat to make it look its best. I plan to wear this polish again and possibly purchase other shades - it is really convenient when I have young kids to have the quick dry feature!
