Fiasco
I hurt my back and went to CVS for a heating pad. Got home and it didn't work. Followed the instructions to repair and it didn't work. Called the CVS number and they agreed to replace it. Still waiting more than a week later. Terrible service! Amazon would have had it here in one day.
