Good Alternative
I use several types of Salonpas patches. I suffer from chronic-sometimes severe-back pain. I often stick a few regular (original) Salonpas patches on my back at night to sleep comfortably. I use the Lidocaine patches during the day when my pain gets in the way of living life. I just tried the Capsaicin patches & I'm pleased. They make an excellent alternative to the Lidocaine patches.

Product sucks.....
This product is horrible. It does not stay on.. God forbid, you sweat...falls right off.. Stick with the regular large patches of salanpas....they work just fine.
