I had to cut it into a small piece to use on a scar on my face. Once I cut the piece I couldn't peel the backing off to make it stick. So I cut another piece half using the pre cut peeling place but it was a waste of the silicone material. Scars disappearing
I had never heard of this until my doctor recommended it. It's helping my eyelids heal, but it is tricky getting it on. I don't know how you would fix this, you're just working on a small area. Not for small facial areas
I was recommended this product by my dermatologist after having an incision to remove something above my left eyebrow. It was a very small wound area and healed within a few days. I started trying to use the Scar Away clear silicone sheets to prevent having a scar, but cutting the strips and peeling them to apply was very difficult and the applied sheet would not stay on (stick) for only a few hours or when it became moist from face washing, sweating, and applying make-up, all advertised from instructions ok for scar sheet use. It said the sheets could stay on for up to 10 days. I couldn't make it stay on more than 24h even when kept dry. Very flimsy
I'm sure this product would work if I could just get it on. It is two flimsy and sticks together and nearly impossible to get on even when I followed the directions very closely. slow to heal
I've been using these for over a year now. I put a new one on right after a shower and it stays in place for 7 - 10 days. They work very slowly, but over time I have noticed a gradual reduction in the size of the scar.
