Wanted a black color to compliment my red hair (red on top, black underneath). Saw this and thought it would work perfectly. Nope. Instead I got two different shades of red and no black. Color is inaccurate
I purchased a box of this in "black cherry" and followed the instructions perfectly. The product was not expired and I cannot figure out why the final color looks bright red and not even dark at all, even after 2 extended applications on very light blonde hair. Usually Schwarzkopf has really nice results! Oh well, we still like the outcome. easy to use and vibrate color. Have a few shot of whiskey and go dye your hair. Fun and easy. Great Brand But......
I previously bought hair coloring from this brand and was eager to see how my black hair will look in Black Cherry per the picture on the box (I've only dyed my hair black to cover my gray roots!). I applied the hair coloring and it did not get to color my overall hair - it only colored my gray roots which were about a few inches long (my hair has lowlights only instead of highlights or overall color). Good for color , but not for dyeing grays.
I've used very few box color products because im skeptical about them. This brand I happen to love, however all my grays were not covered. I know I did it right, not really a whole lot you can mess up. I do in fact like the color , black cherry, when I'm in the sun, the red really seeps through. So pretty. The dye itself was a pain to completely rinse out, it's been also 2 weeks and I'm still seeing red on my towels from washing my hair . I like this product more than I don't like it . Will purchase again and will recommend1 users found this review helpful.
