Box Color Done Right! Healthy & Evenly Colored

I am no stranger to coloring my hair at home, but this Schwarzkopf Intense Cocoa dye is box color done right! I really appreciate the pre-color serum, it's infused with vitamin B6 and it. I didn't have to worry about parts of my hair looking uneven, because all of my hair was nourished before coloring with the pre-color serum. The directions were thorough and I appreciated that this box came with every thing I needed. At no point was I nervous or confused as everything was explained thoroughly in the directions. After washing and drying my hair, I loved the even coverage and the color was so rich and gorgeous. I used to absolutely love your Professional 3.0 Espresso but when you recently changed your packaging it also became apparent that you changed your ingredients in this dye because after 10 years of using I NEVER once had a bad negative scalp reaction. Until I recently bought your new brand which no longer has the "Professionally label" and is cheaper then the previous Professional dye. Why do you companies always have to mess up stuff? It's was working the way it was and although it was more expensive; it was so worth it. This new mess you all have now is too harsh on the hair and damages the scalp. Now I have to find a NEW BRAND!! OBSESSED!! with the color Espresso
OBSESSED color Espresso I received this product for free from Nativa in exchange for an honest product review. I was so nervous to do permanent color since I hadn't colored my hair in years. It not only covered all my grays, it also was easy to color, and color match my hair. All I can say is WOW!
