Not enough glue on the sponge
I bought a big box at a club that had a wand and quite a few refills included. The first sponge head fell off after a few days, so we used a replacement thinking it was a fluke. But that sponge fell off as well as the next two. The sponges don't last long on the wand, only a few uses.Reply from 3M2 years agoThank you for leaving your review. Broke before first use - Twice
I bought one to clean my shower door. The gray plastic piece that holds the sponge on broke as I was preparing to fill the handle. I can use it, but only if I hold the sponge in place, which is not convenient for what I need to do. I assumed it was defective and bought another one. Same thing. It's kinda, meh.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave up on this dishwand. While it's nice to have a wand to rinse dishes, the 'scratchy' pad isn't stiff enough to actually get stuck on anything off and gets clogged easily. terrible, broke after 3 uses
I used this for simple dishwashing the inside of cups and such, not even hard scrubbing and the sponge part tore right off of the back after only 3 uses. Dishwashing liquid leaks through sudsing button
I love the shape of the sponges on these dishwands, but ever since you added the sudsing button, they leak dishwashing liquid where the button is. An older version of your dishwand had a solid handle, with no button, and it was SOOOO much better! Scrub Dots Dishwand new head very disappointing!
I have been using your dishwands for many, many years and have always loved them. Now with this new style, having the hole in it, the soap leaks out constantly. I do not live alone, so storing it in a certain position is not possible. This is the only brand my store sells, it will be very disappointing to stop using it. New design HORRIBLE
The new hole design leaks dish detergent everywhere.
