It has bubblegum flavor called the bubble twist which smells just like bubblegum. Kids love using the toothpaste for this flavor. It gives 24 hour cavity protection, which is perfect for kids as they can be protected while they eat all the candies but knowing that their teeth are protected by this toothpaste. It also helps protect two times more their enamel.. The kids enamel are being protected and also becomes stronger with use of this toothpaste. The texture is gel like and color is blue. This is perfect for them to enjoy the flavor and brush their teeth on a daily basis without any fuss. The cap is easy to take off and tube is easy to squeeze out that toothpaste for kids. Gentle flavor

I Started protecting my grand children's enamel now so I can give them the best start possible at great oral health. This pronamel toothpaste provides 24 hour cavity protection and 2x stronger enamel defense. It has a nice taste that is not overwhelming and very gentle but still has a great flavor kids love. Very effective

Its normally hard to get a 3 year old to brush there teeth and love the taste of toothpaste but she does which is a bonus. The packaging is bright it'll stand out when purchasing.
