This cereal is exactly what I was looking for. grain-free, gluten free, no refined sugars, non-GMO. The maple flavor is just right - it doesn't overpower the natural deliciousness of the sunflower cereal. The one cup recommended serving size is ample. I eat it with a cup of coconut milk every morning and it gives me just the right level of energy I need to easily make it to my mid-afternoon meal. Love this cereal! Good ingredients, great taste, super crunch even after being in milk. This is my favorite flavor of the two other cereals like it.
