To everyone who doesn't like the smell, it's based on the thyme oil that does all the work. It may be *different* than the synthetic chemical smell you're used to from harsh cleaners, but it is not a "bad" smell. You get used to it and it is worth it.

I have used your Disinfecting Multi-Surface Spray Cleaner & Wipes for years. Looking at the reviews, it seems consumers either love or hate the fragrance. Personally, I think the smell is fresh & clean! Since I recycle everything possible, I like that the whole bottle & spray top can be recycled. However, I save the bottles to spray my flowers when using deer repellent because the sprayer works so well! PLEASE consider offering a large refill bottle with no spray top.

I have been using this product for many years and love the smell and the effectiveness. However, I hate the plastic containers and would love if you would make a condensed liquid or tablet version of this cleaner. I love Seventh Generation products and have also used your dishwashing and laundry liquids for many years. I appreciate that you are trying to move to biodegradable containers for your laundry soaps, but wish you could stop depending on single-use plastic for everything else. So, I have switched to Earth Breeze laundry sheets and am looking for a condensed dish soap to which I can add water. I like your 50 oz bottles but can't find them in the stores where I shop.

I just bought this and the disinfecting wipes last night. My first Seventh Generation purchases. So disappointed! The smell is horrible! I don't know that I will be able to tolerate using these products in my home. Such a waste of money.

I bought the Disinfecting Multi-Surface Cleaner today and sprayed it on my kitchen stainless steel sink. The smell and fumes were so bad, we had to open the windows. My son walked in the kitchen and said it smelled like gasoline. It may be a good disinfectant but we can not stand the smell of it. Wish I could return it for money back.

Not sure on how clean it works but the smell of this is horrible. It almost smells like oil in a car or something of that nature. I don't see how anyone thinks it smells okay. I love lemon grass, but this smells nothing like that. !

I use this multi surface disinfecting with citrus scent every time it's easy to use just spray it and let everything for it it's cleans,disinfects and deodorize and it's safe
