The lotion itself is great. But oh my god the packaging is awful. I see reviews going back years saying the same thing so I'm not sure why nothing has been done about it. It used to come with a pump, which wasn't perfect but better than what it is now. Now there is no way to get the rest of the product out of the bottle. Not to mention the label peels and cracks and gets all over EVERYTHING. Using lotion shouldn't be a headache like this. I ended up just peeling the whole label off but now the bottle is sticky. For the love of God please just put it in a jar or something with a wide mouth. THIS LOTION HAS STAYING POWER!
Shea Moisture lotion stays with you all day..all night! Your skin remains soft and supple, not to mention that light adorable fragrance. Great moisturizer - not the best bottle
This lotion works way better for me than Dove, Vaseline, Aveeno, CeraVe, and St. Ives. The smell is very light and pleasant. The only downside is the bottle is not efficient because half way through, the product is difficult to come out so I actually cut it open and scoop it into my own on-the-go containers. Great for dry skin
This is my favorite lotion by Shea moisture for cold months when my skin is dry. It has a light pleasant smell that mixes well with other scents and it's thick and absorbs quickly. Thicka is Betta
I LOVE the Black Soap Soothing Body Lotion. My skin is very dry and require that extra layer of deep, soothing moisture that only THIS lotion can give. Awesome product. Please do something with the container design.
I've been using this product for years. This is a great product but problem is the container/bottle, specially one with the pump. When approx. 20% are left in the bottle, pump does not really work - I have to put the bottle upside down to pull and dig the cream otherwise have to order another bottle.
