I've been using this lotion on my baby for a few weeks and absolutely love it. The scent is calming but not overpowering, and the texture is smooth and absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy residue. The ingredients feel gentle on my baby's sensitive skin, and I've noticed a big improvement in dryness. The pump bottle is convenient and easy to use even with one hand. Great hand lotion
I prefer the coconut version, but I tried the chamomile & argan and it's nice too. The scent seemed way too strong at first, but it grew on me and I actually really like it now. My partner and I decided it smells like fruit loops. Relatively clean ingredients other than the "parfum". If they offered a frangrance free version I would give 5 stars. If you're sensitive to scents this might not be for you.The new bottle label doesn't say "frankincense and myrrh" on the front, but it's still listed as an ingredient. I personally don't care about those ingredients, but just in case you were wondering. I have dry skin that can be sensitive and get oily. For me this lotion is moisturizing and I use it on my hands every night before bed. We also use Vaseline Intensive Care in the home (family with exzema) which I don't like b/c of the greasy afterfeel. I haven't really found any good moisturizing lotions that don't leave some sort of residue on your skin, but this one isn't greasy and I don't feel like I need to rinse my palms off like I do with other lotions. I prefer the baby lotion over the regular Shea Moisture lotions b/c the baby lotion is lighter but still moisturizing. Life saver for my twins!!! ❤️
I found this brand almost two decades ago and it was saying "so natural" and "healthy skin". I had just had twins and they had THE most sensitive skin! The shae butter products is the ONLY thing that saves my kids from raw skin! And we tried every single common and health food brand. Genuinely, the natural and healthy ingredients in the product was the only thing that gave a protective barrier for my kids skin. Smells great!!
Oh my!!! This shea moisture baby lotion is probably one of the best lotion out there for the little one. My baby has sensitive skin, and we use this on her. This lotion smells really good, it's lightly scented. I also use their shampoo/body wash for my baby as well.
