creatine's health benefits
I read that creatine can be good for heart and kidney functions, as it builds muscle and so can help these "pumping" organs which also need muscle to pump well. For me, it works well. I feel so much better when taking it, despite the scale not going down as a like. Muscle weighs more than fat-- but it also looks better than fat, too! helps muscle repair and muscle spasms
Having MS negatively impacts my muscles and causes intense muscle spasms. This product has helped those issues-- and also seems to be improving my hyperactive bladder, as there is a connection between Creatine and certain organs, like the kidneys/bladder.
