I used to buy the older version a lot before and loved it. It gave sustained energy throughout workouts without the jitters and tingling like some others and tasted great. It was also a good price. The new “improved” version is terrible tasting. Less fruit punch flavor and is very tart and bitter. I can’t tell if it works any better than the older version since I can’t drink it. Not a fan of the Flavor

I could barely use this product because of the taste. I have tried a different flavor and it was great. Fantastic pre-workout

Gave me the pump and boost I needed to get through my workout. Great pre workout
