It helps!
I have TMJ and I grind and clench my teeth so I didn't think this would help much. Initially I was sore and uncomfortable but that went away quickly. It's was very comfortable to wear and helped me to relax my jaw. I usually have discomfort in my jaw for most of the day but the first day after wearing the dental guard, I experienced a significant drop in the level of pain and duration of less pain lasted for most of the day. I would recommend this guard to anyone who clenches and/or grinds their teeth. It's a game changer.

I bought it with very little information about its use. consequently, when I read the directions I found that I would not be able to use it. maybe you can tell me how to return something I got on OTC.

I've tried many dental guards. Thus one is easy and comfortable. Has some wiggle room too. Not as rigid as some.
