Everything about the packaging indicated that this should be a great alternative to the typical "rubber" mouth guard I use at night. The instructions were relatively easy to follow although it took longer to achieve the desired pliability for molding. In the end, however, it is hard and not at all comfortable to wear at night. Great, cheaper alternative

Stopped the evening grind
Dentist told me that I had to stop grinding my teeth at night. This is the best mouth guard I have found in 2 years of trying multiple different products to no avail. Great mouth guard

It fit comfortably, and was super easy to fit to his teeth. He loves that it has a good fit and stays in all night.
