Great disposable option
So I began using disc when I was in my late 20s. Back when these were called “Instead”, I studied how they were a less uncomfortable option. Due to my heavy periods and being able to “empty” on its own I loved the possibility. Soft disc is the way to go

There is a learning curve !
It’s a very sturdy ring and is mildly intimidating to use right off the bat, but I persevered lol. With the loose plasticy lining it felt kinda like putting a piece of a shopping bag with a rubber band up there I guess ?! Weirdddd. But then I got used to it and took some cute pics but then it started leaking into my bathing suit ?! I had to change :( so I went and adjusted it and it’s still leaky a lil bit sooo I guess there’s a learning curve and you should listen to their warning and use a liner.. but then if you use a liner you might as well not use this product because let’s get real we just want discretion. 4/10 but good ideaHace 2 añosHi Arielle - Thanks for your review! Fantastic Product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay okay so I've been hesitant to just on the mensural cup trend because it just sounds messy and stiff and who wants to complicate that time of the month anymore than it already is right? I started with these because they were disposable and I wouldn't have to worry about any work mishaps and they looked smaller. They are much smaller than the mensural cups that are reusable. I barely feel them when they are in place! Worth every penny!
These are a life saver. I am a heavy bleeder and used to go through tampons and pads every 2-3 hours. With the disk, I use 1-2 a day (changing every 12 hours). I do still wear a liner just in case.
