I bought this product due to a friend recommendation. I was excited to use it and got to about 5-6,times before it needed to be recharged, which is thought was a good amount of battery life. However, once I put it on the charger and left it to charge overnight, the thing will not turn on now. The indicator light flashes when plugged in, but I csn not get it to turn on plugged in or not. So owni have a product that is useless to me. Had this not happened, I would have given a 5 star review, however thats impossible without having the use of it now. I'm hoping that the manufacturer will repair or replace it, but that is something I need to get information on where to send it. Any help is appreciated. Don't forget to use it with water...
This product is amazing hands down. I am so excited to start using it during my weekly routine. I will say you should use water when using it otherwise it will stretch out your skin. This was recommended to me by several other influencers and I was so excited to have tried it.
