I like the product, the color is accurate. The only thing is the directions are complicated, I just started from Roots to tips and kept them for 30 minutes instead of 45 minutes. Very complicated directions, very easily to confuse you.

It definitely did as it said it would but if your hair is damaged I wouldn’t recommend it since it is very drying
