Substitutions may occur depending on seasonality and availability of the flowers in the bouquet but will keep its design feel. It's recommended to have someone available to receive your order on the delivery date. This will ensure that your order is not left at the doorstep or sent back for next day delivery. Shipments may be delayed by weather or other unforeseen circumstances such as US Custom Holds or weather which could result in shipping and/or delivery dates being modified. Please check your tracking number and contact FedEx or UPS for delivery holds or pick up options concerning weather delays. Although your order will be shipped priority, please allow a minimum of 7 days for the handling and shipping process. No deliveries can be made on Monday, Saturday or Sunday. Everyday Shipping Although your order will be shipped express, please allow 7 days for the handling and shipping process. Delivery Tuesday-Friday to the 48 contiguous states, Alaska and Hawaii. No deliveries to Puerto Rico. No deliveries on Monday, Saturday or Sunday. Holiday schedules may differ from regular shipping schedules. Shipments may be delayed by weather or other unforeseen circumstances resulting in shipping and/or delivery dates being modified. Upon arrival, remove flowers from the box by cutting any straps located on the outside and inside of the box.
Remove flowers from the box by cutting any straps and also remove all paper and plastic packaging in order to prevent rotting.
Roses - Do not remove the corrugated cardboard sleeve or the rubber bands holding the flowers together in a bunch during the initial hydration process.
Fill your vase with fresh, cool water.
Add floral food if provided to prevent bacteria from forming in the water and to give added nutrients to the flowers. If you do not have flower food, it can be purchased at any local florist.
Remove leaves that fall below the waterline. If they are left on they will decompose causing bacteria to form and shorten the flower's life.
Using a sharp knife or scissors, make a 45 degree angle cut least 1 inch off the end of the stems to allow for the flowers to start hydrating
Place the flowers in the prepared container
Allow your flowers to properly hydrate for at least 1-2 hours
Arrange flowers as desired
Change water and re-cut stems every 3 days to increase vase life
Do not place flowers in direct sunlight or near fruits and vegetables as it will dramatically shorten the flower's lifespan.
