This product is great! Tastes great and has a lot of very nutritious ingredients. I love how it is plant based! 0 cholesterol too. No added sugar, not overly sweet. Mixes great in 8-10 ounces of ice cold water. I've been taking this product at a minimum of 4 times a week for the last 2 years. I wish I could describe how much good this does for my body in more ways than one. My skin is very healthy, even in the winter. My nails are strong. I feel great when I take this along with my other favorite plant protein. This product does your bowels and digestive system justice (of course along with healthy eating)!! Especially when you take it for a long time and it becomes habit and part of your routine diet. I highly recommend1 users found this review helpful.

Vanilla taste is too strong
