Big downside is I have to stop 4-5 times during a 1hr workout to use the bathroom. Occasionally, will have stomach cramps or nausea. Disappointed as I like the pre-workout. Muscle Recovery at its Finest
I have never taken creatine before and wanted to stick to a trusted brand to start, and I have nothing but good things to say. It blends well, and I have noticed my muscle recovery has improved, and my body is less sore than before taking the creatine.
