The texture between all the layers of ice cream is so good. The ingredients aren’t the healthiest but it’s still worth the calories. This Gelato is the best one I have had yet. I have tried many of Talenti's flavors and the cookie batter in this ice-cream is the best. The little cookie pieces and it all pairs so great all together. I love to eat the top and the eat the rest together on a spoon full. Its not overly sweet but just right.
