I was excited to try this, as I LOVE Tiramisu. However, the initial mascarpone layer was really disappointing. It did not have that thick cream like flavor you know to be mascarpone. I really thought I was eating a spoonful of cream cheese flavored ice cream. There was a lot of tang to the flavor which threw off the experience. As for the rest of the layers, I really enjoyed them! If the recipe for the top layer is improved, this might actually be top notch! Love that Italian Tiramisu!
This gelato is through the roof!!! I love Talenti Layers but the Italian tiramisu took it to a whole nother level. I didn't eat a serving. I ate the whole container in one sitting and was looking for more. Thank you Talenti, it is iincredible.
