Why haven’t I been drinking this tea??!
Easily the most delicious green tea I've ever had. It's refreshing whether served hot or iced. I love it both ways. Because of the spearmint, verbena, and lemongrass, I don't find that it needs sweeteners. Perfect as is brewed but, if a sweetener is needed-I recommend honey in keeping with a natural flavor; a whisper of sweet. Zen tea is also perfect for settling a grumpy tummy. Spearmint tea is high in antioxidants and potentially lowers blood sugar. For me it definitely improves my digestion. Possible side effects reduce stress and improve memory. Bring back the old Tazo Zen
I'm absolutely crushed about this new organic version. I've been drinking Tazo Zen for over 15 years daily and I can no longer drink it. It says it has the same ingredients, but the new version makes my throat itchy, in addition to it not having the same flavor. Anytime of day. Caffeine content seems almost unnoticed by me but I have a higher tolerance than most I love this tea hot with some honey !
