Perfect press companion
I love having a heat protectant that is non-greasy and works so much better than anything else I’ve used to keep my hair sleek when pressed! I put it in my hair immediately after a shower while my hair is soaking wet, then I blow dry and flat iron to perfection. Beautiful results, healthy hair
I am so pleased with this product. I style my natural hair with a flat-twist out on blow dried hair. I applied the Doux Drops and Just Glaze before blow drying. I love that you only need a little of each product to get great results. My hair dried fast and had a nice smooth finish with lots of shine and movement. My strands felt so strong and healthy. After blow drying, I flat twisted my hair with Gangster Wrap and achieved beautiful, fluffy, softly defined waves. I know silicones sometimes get a bad rap, but I’ve found them to be almost essential for protection and style longevity when it comes to heat styling natural hair. Just make sure you shampoo regularly, clarify as needed and only use products with silicones that are professionally formulation…like these! awesome product
I was looking for a good heat protectant and I already use the mousse for my wash & go days, so I went with this silkening fluid. What I like about it is that it goes on light and doesn't weigh down my hair, and once I'm done blow drying it, it doesn't leave a greasy residue. Not only that, my silk presses last SO much longer after using this. The ends of my hair are admittedly not the best, but you wouldn't know it after I've straightened it out with this product. It's actually got me looking forward to flat ironing my hair which has NEVER happened in all the years I've ever done it. The scent of the product is noticeable but not horrible, and it fades very quickly after it's dried down anyway. The only bad thing I have to say about it is that the pump was stuck when I got it so I have to screw open the top and use it that way.
