[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a bit sceptical of how well the Dream patch would work, but I was more than pleasantly surprised! It works quickly and there's no residual sleepiness the morning after. Five stars!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I often have trouble falling asleep especially when I travel. I always have these Dream patches with me to help my calm my mind and slow down my crazy thoughts at night. It has the perfect amount of melatonin and valerian to get me to sleep but not make me groggy the next day. I finally found the remedy to my restlessness and get so much better sleep. I definitely recommend!

As I reach 50 I struggle with fatigue, aches and pains and really need a boost in motivation to get me going in my workouts. These little patches gave me that kick without having to down an energy drink and without the jitters those give me. I'm pretty excited to try the other patches now!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not sure that I slept more deeply or felt more refreshed when I awakened, but not long after I put it on - 20 min? - I became so sleepy that I couldn't have stayed awake if I tried. Will definitely use it again.
