This product I bought for the herbs "thinking" its a great thing for the female private part. BUT instead I wore it as a liner for approx 4 days interchanging between the normal non herbal orange pack. Also used on the last day of my period to catch spotting as it was all I had and didn't want to use a full pad (used 2). Let me just say I believe it caused me health issues. Soothes you

My husband bought me these -he’s all about organic. I didn’t read the package and just used one after a shower one night. After a few minutes I was like “ something is going on down there!” I got out of bed to go read the package and saw “cooling” and immediately thought “This is GENIUS!” I am already going through menopause and this helps with the hot flashes. Perfect size
