I have a period that is short but heavy and constantly going thru my clothes, no matter what I tried. I am able to use a (pad/tampon)protection with combination of the underwear, and no more accidents. Don't have to be staring behind me all the time to make sure I don't spill blood anywhere. Has avoided a lot of embarrassment and stress, Especially when traveling with my period. At first I was afraid that it would stain my clothes and that my period would come through my underwear, but to my surprise everything stayed in its place, I forgot that I had my period, comfortable and when I cleaned it, I just put it in my washing machine and it was done. to use again.
