"Why am I breaking out in a red, itchy rash? Nothing in my daily routine has changed: soap, shampoo, lotion, food, etc. Surely it's not the laundry detergent; not only have we used it before but also it claims to be 'freeReply from tide.com6 days agoWe're sorry to hear this. Rewards is the reason
This product is higher than grocery stores. Even when you have it at a sale price I use my rewards to get it. Otherwise I would by it at the grocery store. Formula w/benzisothiazolinone allergic reaction
As a person with sensitive skin, I have always been able to rely on Tide Free and Gentle to keep my skin comfortable and safe. I bought a new bottle of tide from my local store in March and the new formula is a nightmare. My face has swollen up, with hives on my face, neck, shoulders, back and legs. Please please please. If you say you're free and gentle, BE free and gentle. The saddest part is I would have been a life long customer but now that it's no longer safe for me to use, I have to find alternatives.Reply from tide.com1 week agoWe're terribly sorry to hear this, Kate. Worst Detergent ever
