I always had problems styling my curly hair until I found this. No, I don't have dreads but I put this on after washing and sleep in it and wake up with beautiful, natural curls. Keeps my hair out of my face too when I'm awake and busy.

It has taken me quite sometime to find a cap that I could wear to the gym and/or run to the store without having to take out my braids. I do not have dreadlocks. I wear my hair natural, I wash, blow dry and put about 4-7 twists in my hear overnight to allow me to have soft waves. This cap is the best
