I suppose it will still do it's job, but like everyone else, I am extremely disappointed that the formula was changed. I've been using Tom's of Maine for more than 30 years. The tubes have shrunk and the price has gone way up, but still, I could rely on Tom's for a fresh, clean taste. Now I feel like there's a sugary film on my teeth. I feel like I need to brush my teeth after brushing my teeth. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE bring back the previous formula. Bring back the old flavor please!!!
I was using the old formula/flavor for YEARS and loved it, but this new flavor really misses the mark. It's sweet, I don't want that! I liked the old formula that didn't have stevia, just plain peppermint oil. I really like Tom's because it DOES have fluoride but no SLS, the company is a B Corp, and previously also the flavor was good, but now it isn't anymore! Horrible taste and aftertaste
This new formula tastes so bad, it made me nauseous. Imagine brushing your teeth with a packet of artificial sweetener, and that's what you get. Why did you ruin your product?!
I have used Tom's for decades. I loved the fact that it did not taste like sugar. It has now been reformulated with Stevia, and it is absolutely revolting. Why would you alter the one thing about your product that makes it unique?? There are countless other toothpastes out there for those who like toothpaste that tastes sweet. If I could give the "new great taste" negative stars I would. Terrible taste. “New great taste” is not
