While I definitely was having a small gradual incline in production with this tea (I drank 3-5 cups/day) I did end up getting a prescription for domperidone as I'm returning to work soon and need my supply to be established for I do. However, that still takes 3-7 days to start working and the tea was making it possible for me to have a little bit of a back up throughout the day. I have a slow flow due to low supply so I needed to increase my supply enough to keep my baby engaged at the breast. Essentially what the tea helped do was make it so I could at least pump the remaining milk that my baby needed so I could supplementary feed him which allowed me to stop doing so with formula. I would 10/10 recommend this to any mother struggling with low supply as I am. While it alone wasn't enough to make all the difference, at least not in the time I needed it to do so, it did do enough that I didn't need formula. The taste was actually amazing with 1/2 tsp of honey and 1/4-1/2cup of oat milk. I absolutely detest licorise but trust me - oat milk. It 1000% masks it b/c I tried with regular 2%milk and it wasn't very good but with the oat milk it's a treat.

I used to extremely dislike the taste of licorice, but I've grown to love this tea. Hot or cold I drink it down with just a spoonful of sugar. It helped my milk production within the first day! Since Ive started drinking the tea Ive gone from 10 ozs a day to 20 in a month when pumping every 4 hours. The tea along with pumping every 2 hours when I can, and hand expressing are the main tools in my arsenal to boost supply.

This tea has held me down through two breastfeeding journeys. I was dealing with so much stress after giving birth to my second child that it affected my supply. Mother's milk tea saved our journey! I drink up to 3 cups daily with no added sweetener.

Eh usado este té en mis cuarentesnas y me encanta. Me ayuda a producir mucha leche para el bebe y tiene un sabor muy rico no necesitas endulzantes u otros ingredientes.

I would definitely recommend this product
I drink the tea 3x a day and make sure to stay hydrated throughout the day. I saw an improvement in my milk supply within 3 days!
