I think that the product is amazing however it says no crunch. Personally I play a few sports and in order for it to fully hold I need quite a bit and it does create a crunch, however that is just a me thing. I think that it is amazing and I love using it. It also is amazing to use day after day without having to wash your hair. amazing features!
