I always keep a bottle of these in my bag. I took some of these, drank a big glass of water and I'm trying to relax a bit and I was a lot better and I could actually enjoy my day. These pills are easy to swallow and they work wonderful. They also never upset my stomach, which is a big plus for me. This caplet is a life saver and I love that it also comes in travel size, I can take it with me with having to bring the bigger bottle.
