On the plus side, these make me feel dry and comfortable in hot weather BUT the adhesive doesn't cover the entire liner so it doesn't take long for it to shift around and bunch up. The front and back ends have no adhesive so they sort of flap around and feel uncomfortable especially in the rear end.
